Modifying or deleting your information: If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your information, or if you want to remove your name or comments from our website or publicly displayed content, you can contact us directly at info@olida.co. We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances.

5. WEBSITE ANALYTICS AND ONLINE ADVERTISING

We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or other third-party analytics or advertising tags on olida.co, and we do not send your browsing activity on olida.co to analytics or advertising companies.

Visit analytics. We operate our own analytics on olida.co. When you visit, we assign your browser tab a random visit identifier that is kept in your browser’s session storage (not a cookie) and is cleared when you close the tab. With it we record the page you first landed on, the domain of the website that referred you, campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers included in the link you followed, your approximate location (country, region, and city) derived from your IP address, and your device type, browser, and operating system. We do not store your IP address. When you submit a form on olida.co, we may also record the page, referrer, campaign parameters, or advertising click identifier associated with the visit to understand lead sources.

Sign-up attribution. If you submit an inquiry, or follow a link from olida.co to our member portal at portal.olida.co and become a member, we link that visit to your inquiry or membership so we can understand which pages and campaigns lead to sign-ups. When you follow a link to the portal, the visit identifier is added to the link and kept in your browser for up to 24 hours for this purpose. We may also match a visit to a later membership using the email address you provided in an inquiry.

Usage analytics. To understand how the site is used and to find problems, we also record the pages you view and in what order, how long each page is visible, how far you scroll, which links and buttons you click (by their label and destination), whether you start, submit, or leave a form and which field you were on (never what you type), repeated or unresponsive clicks, error messages from the site, and page loading speed. We do not record your keystrokes, form entries, or a video of your screen. This information is stored only on systems we control and by our hosting providers acting on our behalf, and visit records are deleted after approximately 13 months. We keep aggregated statistics, such as daily visit counts by traffic source and page, that do not identify any individual.

Your choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we only record page views, site errors, and page loading speed for your visit, not your clicks, scrolling, or form activity. You can also clear your browser’s site data at any time. If you have questions about these technologies, or would like us to delete visit data associated with you, contact us at info@olida.co.

6. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

The Services may contain links to and from third party websites of our business partners, advertisers, and social media sites and our users may post links to third party websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.
