Healing begins with being deeply understood. I am a UCSF trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and founder of Soulfloria Psychiatry. I offer relational psychiatric care for women navigating complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, burnout, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in understanding the whole person. I integrate medication management, psychotherapy, and nervous system support with longer appointments that allow space for nuance, curosity, and genuine connection. I offer telehealth throughout California and in-person in San Francisco.
